The floor level of our homes are represented in the second digit of each unit number. Example: #5100- first floor,  #5200 – second floor
Stackable Washers and Dryers are included in every home except for our A2 TH floorplan, which has select homes with Connections. Full-Size Washers and Dryers are included in select B3 TH floorplans.
A2TH, B4TH and B5th Floorplan - Select Homes: 2nd Bedroom is a Loft, which is open-spaced with the downstairs Living Room and Kitchen.


Rental Criteria (full screening policy available upon request)

Income: Gross monthly income of all applicants must equal at least 3x monthly rent
Credit: Minimum FICO credit score 550. No property debt, no evictions. A conditional result may require a guarantor, who will need to make an income of 5x monthly rent in gross pay
Criminal: No felony convictions, no violent, drug, or sexually-related misdemeanors
